Our room was enormous, very comfortable and full of history. It included a sitting area with sofa and table. Excellent breakfast. Beautifully fresh fruit salad with locally produced muesli and perfectly cooked bacon sausage poached eggs etc. Lovely white China and white tablecloths and vases of wild flowers. The garden is absolutely stunning, immaculately well kept and a sun trap. Although the bathroom is separate, it’s not a problem at all as you literally come out of the bedroom door and the bathroom is opposite. A dressing gown is also provided. I would be very happy to stay again or recommend to anyone thinking of booking. Thank you to Manor the host and his wife for a great stay.

Our parents live in Harpley but there’s now there’s a grandchild we cannot all stay comfortably so we thought we’d stay here the night and it was lovely! We’ll definitely be doing it again when that situation occurs! Breakfast was exceptional, if I had one tiny critique, the shower valve in our room was knackered so the water didn’t couldn’t get overly warm when using the rain head. An easy fix for a plumber! Other than that really enjoyable.

The house is situated in a lovely area in London. The room is nice and bright due to the large windows. The owners are wonderful and helpful when needed. In the area there are enough bakeries for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend it.

The room was tiny and cramped, a light didn't work, it was very dirty down the back of the bed. One of the staff members was rude and unhelpful when I asked for a blanket and could not provide me with one.

Noisy neighbours in room next door. Not the hotels fault. However as there is no-one in reception overnight, there was nothing g we could do about loud music and shouting at 0300 in the morning
