My mum had a sea view room with balcony, the sun was shining and the view over sandown and shanklin bays was stunning. Salma was the perfect hostess, so friendly and helpful and our stay was perfect. Breakfast in the conservatory was lovely and the pianist for breakfast on Sunday morning was a first for me but a touch and great way to start the day

Nothing except to say if you are a larger person the showers may be a little small but this was no issue for us.

The location is undoubtedly fabulous. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is value for money if there are 6 of you (not so much for a small family or couple).

There is a leak in the Master bedroom ensuite (coming from the toilet); and there is a "bathtub" and not "hot tub" on the property. The keys are collected from a post-office, which is a 10-minute walk from the property, which is easy enough but not ideal. The instructions and written rules provided by the property are incredibly unfriendly and bordering on rude- they should be rewritten! Eerie and disturbing sounds coming out of the second bedroom- sounds like scratching and rustling throughout the night.

Staff weren’t very helpful, the TV didn’t even have use of Netflix or anything of the sort. Wouldn’t even serve my partner cocktails, staying they were too busy even though the bar was empty.

The description was inaccurate Three bathrooms was incorrect. There was only 1 ensuit walk in shower.1 bathroom between 3 bedrooms. 1 toilet down stairs. This proved very difficult for three elderly couples. The radiator in the dining room leaked a lot of water all over the floor. Some lights were not working the only spare bulbs available were screw fitting type not the bayonet type required. The entrance to the yard was very difficult especially with all of the dust bins gathered next to the gate. The check in time of 4pm seems very poor when you consider that the accommodation is vacated by 10am, and then to charge £25 for an earlier check in is insulting. Information provided said that there was a good pub a short walk but failed to mention that it is closed on Mondays &Tuesdays
