The rooms are quite spacious, very comfortable. So are the beds Breakfast is amazing, with lots of of options Reliable wifi Staff was kind and nice and willing to help, which I appreciated since I arrived really late and with kids that needed to rest very badly

While the location is very close to city center, parking in that area is simply impossible, especially if you arrive late at night. After one hour roaming around trying to, I had to leave my car in some mall parking lot and I ended up getting a ticket Quite pricey, but just like everything in Inverness

Decor, cleanliness of our room was excellent with local art picture on wall could even see cathedral tower from our window. Close to Delamere Street carpark. We had all meals in the pub on ground floor great Freedom breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Bed was a bit hard and a lift would've been welcome. Would request a room on a lower floor when we come again

The counters of the breakfast area were not looked after , there was a lot of rubbish/. Spillage on them . He did clear some of the tablets BUT everyone of them needed a clean wipe. (Sorry wrote it in wrong box )

Swimming pool wasn’t great, pretty small for a big hotel like this,, very small steam room and sauna room,, after 5pm is not a good idea to go there ,, too crowded and noisy,, pool area wasn’t clean enough,,

Location is fantastic and it was wonderful to be able to walk back here after the concert.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but it needs some money investing in it. It could be stunning, but it’s very tired and worn inside. The pigeons were a bit of a nightmare outside the room and the light flooded in as soon as it was Dawn.

Blocked sink and despite asking for it to be sorted in the morning nothing was organised. Beds were really uncomfortable. No mirror on the dressing table. No one cleaned the room during our stay.
