I loved everything,there is nothing to dislike , the property is immaculate and lovely. The owners are the most friendliest and accommodating people I have ever met , and that’s with me staying away from home through all my working career, ( approximately 25 years)the service and property is a+ by far the best place I have ever stayed. This is the third time I have stayed at Upsall warren cottage and I can not wait to return. To be perfectly honest I was reluctant to leave a review like this as I’m scared it won’t be available when I return to the north east but they really do deserve it for this hidden gem. Other accommodation owners need to take a leaf out of Phil and Elaine’s book. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed booking this hidden gem of a property whether that a holiday or for work. It’s perfect. Well done guys. And keep up the hard work 👍do not change anything from what you are doing and 🤞it’s available when I need it.

Great location, really good-sized rooms. Room layout is perfect, mirrors next to plug sockets, who new this was a thing. Really good shower. Fabulous staff. Really good pub food. Breakfast is really good Plenty of parking. Definitely going back . Even called me, after I left my bank card there. Thank you.

1. Beds are comfortable, bedsheets clean. 2.The location is near the King's cross railway station which is 5 mins walk to the hostel. 3.Shared kitchen has enough utensils,plates,two microwaves and gas stoves and a good seating place. 4.Breakfast is good but no eggs.

1.Bathroom are sometimes not clean,because of the people who do not understand about hygiene and cleanliness.That one time the toilet was not flushed and it stinked the entire night,it was really filthy.Staffs took care of it the next day. 2.Rooms are a bit small,it might bother a few

Nice flat in a good location. The owner was very helpful when I needed to ring him a couple of times. Would stay again if the bed was fixed.

The bed in one of the rooms was missing half the slats! I didn't sleep because of this as you were in a 'ditch' with no support. I have a bad back at the best of times, so this didn't help. Getting into the apartment was a tad confusing. The instructions were fairly comprehensive, but they missed that there is a thumb print lock on the front door, so I needed to ring the owner to gain entry. Lastly, sadly, the car parking spot that came with the flat we couldn't use as someone else from a neighbouring property was using it. I rang the owner, and he apologised, and he said he would try to find out who it belonged to and see if he could get it moved. I never heard anymore. Luckily, a friendly groundsmen of the block of flats allowed us to park in another space, which was great, as finding parking in central Oxford that doesn't cost an arm and a leg is no easy feat. I took my mum here for her birthday. Due to these few issues within 24 hours, it did put a bit of a damper on what I had hoped would be a restful, relaxed stay. If the bed was replaced, I would stay there again. In its current state, it is only a 1 bed flat.

The room was lovely, clean and well furnished. Loved the treat biscuits with the coffee and tea. Super views over Cheshire.

Perhaps more staff would have been appreciated. Always felt we had to ask for plates to be removed or for the dessert menu. Everybody was polite but very busy.
