The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Excellent quality and choice for evening meals . One of our two mornings breakfast was better than the other (different chef's?) Good choice of Beers with plenty of pleasant and helpful staff.
Negative section of review
small room with bed too close to window eve and radiator. Danger of bruised knee and shoulder! Dangerous exit from pub (not overflow) car park on a blind bend . Needs a good mirror across road.

Quiet location only a short walk from Alnwick Town centre. On site parking is a bonus. Very comfortable king size beds in rooms 4 and 5. Early check-in is a helpful option.

Access to the ' Executive Lounge ' - locked by early evening so not available to residents wishing to sit down after an evening meal. Perhaps highlighting this pre booking would avoid disappointment and unexpected tension when enquiring during stay?

Did not have breakfast as we had early departure. Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice hot powerful shower. Friendly staff.

Parking ideal as we wanted to be close to Woodstock and were doing a charity walk for breast cancer at Blenheim on the Saturday

We arrived at after 7 so no personal touch on reception but all was completely fine getting our key and getting in and more than happy with our twin room

The food was nice and the hotel accommodated for my son’s gluten free needs really well.

I have a disability and I was allocated a room that was a very long walk from reception and lots of stairs. I also injured my finger by trapping it inbetween a door handle and a door frame. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and it was very painful and caused my knuckle to swell. So I just think there needs to be more questions relating to disability
