The Manor is a beautiful place to stay. So peaceful, most of the time. It is set in some wonderful green space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast both mornings we were there and it set us up for the day. There was a range of hot and cold choices. You helped yourself to the cold whilst they took your order for your hot food. You could have cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast with a variety of spreads, tea, both traditional and fruit flavoured, coffee from the machine, again various choices. The hot part was a choice of full English, salmon and scrabbled eggs on granary toast, bacon or sausage sandwich, plus a couple of other choices. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Spotlessly clean, house keeping came in both days. The Manor is just a short walk to Hunstanton,over the golf course and through Searles caravan and camping site. It took us about half hour to walk there. We will definitely visit again.

Only sort of complaint, but not their fault, someone was up and down the corridor into the early hours of the morning and they wasn't the quietest, doors kept banging. But could it be a ghost as the building is around 5000 years old. Who knows.

Lovely location and hotel. We had a very relaxing time and really enjoyed the grounds and facilities, especially the swimming pool. Great food at the restaurant, and lots of choices for breakfast. We were very happy. Thank you to the ladies at the spa as well for the massage!

Jack met us on arrival, really friendly and explained everything plus guidance on the local area. Very nice location and surrounded by farmland, horses, dogs etc.. good dog friendly property and nice easy walks around to the water.

Unfortunately the hot tub, which is the main reason we booked, was quite shallow, smelt really stagnant and damp like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Lovely restaurant although my partner said the men's toilets were quite dirty.
