The Location was fine, which was exactly what we wanted. Quiet inside and outside. We were made very welcome. From the front gate to our room it was probably one of the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. Lovely choice of breakfast all served on hot plates. Warm and relaxed atmosphere. A great choice if you’re looking to book. Thank you.

The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. There was ample parking and there was plenty of amenities on the door step. We booked in the morning for the overnight stay and found the rates reasonable.

Located with in easy walking distance of the town either on roads or along the river, Kingfisher Barn was convenient and comfortable. My needs were served and a good continental breakfast had.

The site map is a bit misleading as to where the entrance for reception is, but that was a minor issue. If you are in chalet 4 it's easy to be disturbed by other guests going to the breakfast barn

Very friendly, helpful on arrival. Room well decorated with nice touches. Great shower. Evening meal was fab and great value for money. You can park free, if spaces at front of property.

Bathroom was tiny, tv noise transferred from next room / customer noise from bar area downstairs. Someone emptied the bottle bins outside at 11.30pm which were then collected by dustbin lorry at 6.30am, which probably doesn't happen everyday but blimey is noisy! Very soft mattress, which I found uncomfortable but others will love.

Great location 5 mins from Gloucester Road Underground Station. Very friendly helpful staff, lots of good cafes and restaurants around.

Very warm, no air-conditioning staff gave me a fan which helped but even with that on and window open it was still very warm and it wasn't yet summer. The shower had to run for 10 minutes before getting warm day one had to have a cold shower as I was in a rush.

1. Cleaning bedroom consisted of emptying bin. Floors, Bed and Bathroom untouched. We were located in a rear corridor, not part of the main hotel next to laundry room. Breakfast average at best. Disability access was atrocious. Advertise no lift to upper floors….fair enough. But steps at front of building, so wheelchair access impossible. Wheelchair access at rear was through a fire exit that was locked from the outside. So unless you’re with an able person youre stuffed. Disabled parking a joke as was entrance through fire door. See pictures I add. Should not be advertised as disable accessible at all. In fact it’s the worst disability access hotel I’ve ever stopped at.
