The bed was incredibly comfortable. The little touches in the room were wonderful, such as a great hairdryer and locally made produce for the bathroom and biscuits. The breakfast was out of this world.

I was really looking forward to a bath and there was only a shower. A very good shower, but still. Also, the room looked straight out onto the main road and there was no blind on the window, meaning it either had to be curtains shut or zero privacy.

Actually stayed in signature suites on Broadway. Nice modern rooms - little kitchenette, bathroom, wardrobe with hair dryer, safe & ironing board, large bed

I had actually booked & had a message which I didn’t get notified about until I was checking the day before arrival & the location changed, so stayed at signature suites on broadway. Would’ve been a lot better if they had rang to tell me about the change of location. Reception but not manned, all via cctv/intercom that they communicate & explain where the key is/how to get to the room, not a personal touch but I guess that’s the way the world works now with technology.

The staff (Rayjay) were very helpful when checking us in early when our flight was in so early. The location is also excellent, a short walk from everywhere.

Not as nice as other Leonardo Hotels we have stayed at. Finish to room very basic. Breakfast was OK, but again nowhere near as good as the Edinburgh Leonardo Hotel. We couldn't find any information about parking on the website, other than that the car park opposite offered a reduced rate. Unfortunately there are 2 car parks opposite and we parked in the wrong one.

My bedding was dirty with what looked like someone had wiped their nose in it. Only 2 cups in a 4 person bedroom booking which meant not enough milks or sugars Blonde and bobbed hair receptionist/wedding organiser was awful, rude, argumentative when I told her about the bedding being dirty. She was very very rude.

It’s a lot of money for a medium class hotel. I get it’s a city that’s popular and the location is good.
