The location was perfect and convenient. It was clean and exactly what I needed. Fabulous host, great communication. I was stuck and couldn’t get back to let my friend into the apartment, the host was as so kind and accommodating, arranged someone to meet my friend at short notice. Recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms are more spacious than another PubLove location we stayed at (higher ceilings and bunks spaced further apart) Bathrooms and rooms were regularly cleaned throughout the day. All staff were nice.

While most travelers were pleasant, unfortunately there were an inconsiderate few who made a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning (rummaging and moving around loudly for near an hour without leaving the room). Makes it hard to get proper rest overnight. Tends to be many older age solo males in the shared dorms which may not be expected. Wide mix of demographics, not predominantly a backpacker crowd.

Location. Hot water. Comfy if not obviously clean bed. Kind guest from another chalet let us in as owner not well. Must have been well sterilised as it stank of bleach throughout.

Wrong ( non existent) building number on confirmation so very hard to find. £10 demanded for electricity which was not mentioned anywhere in emails and we were, fortunately, only there one night. Dirty towels and dirty sticky floors.. Filthy light switches and walls. Very very badly in need of decoration/refurbishment. Paint slapped amateurishly every where. Gaffer tape on all doorways. Wallpaper not aligned ( no effort to match sides) even on the doors. Bedding indescribable! It had saucepans and other cooking utensils and plates but no cups/mugs or cereal bowls. All in all grossly overpriced and we recommend it is avoided.

We loved everything perfect location and perfect for the Utility Arena.. Apartment was clean had everything we needed and beds were mega comfy we wished we could stay longer

Dust in the drawers etc. net curtains would benefit from being replaced more yellow than anything. I found our stay expensive for what we got.

The pin code we received in the message was not correct. Fortunately, the host responded to our message quickly and sent us a new pin code as soon as we contacted him with the problem. But what was unbearable - the changed pin code apparently surprised the other guests who were trying to get into the accommodation. The guests made such a huge noise almost throughout the night that we couldn't sleep at all. They kept entering the wrong pon code and knocking and banging on the door!!! Room presented at the pictures was diferent. Our room was smaller (tiny).
