- “The modern retro look in room and the amazingly decorated corridors made this place my favorite hotel. I had the luck of getting an airside room and could see nighttime operations on the runways. Certainly a place an AVgeek would love. The small touches like postcards in room and great amenities like shaving razor and cream were much appreciated. The "secret" rooftop terrace where you could sit and watch operations at the airport 24/7 was wonderful. Staff were all lovely - one manager was even greeting people outside and leading them in to the lobby.”

Stephane can give you for very cheap price. The old town, the Big Buddha and many beaches you can ride in 20 minutes. I will go back to Stephane for sure. The best is you can see the sea from your bed. The morning is beautiful. The best place for breakfast is only 50 meters from the house. Many good restaurants are 5 minutes by walk.”

  Pleasantly surprised that keeping rooms warm is a thing in the Shetlands. Warm room, simple but hot reliable shower. Very nice. It's not like a modern hotel but felt cozy. Like staying at your Gran's but better. Breakfast was lovely and so was the lady who serves it. She gave us lots of nice conversation and helpful advise. I also like that the other tourists who stay here are totally not like the brits you find in Alicante The breakfast area is a place to hear interesting stories and pick up tips of where to go.

  There wasn't a reception. Our key was on the wall with our names on and we received clear instructions via the app on how to get into our room. Honestly it worked well. But maybe having someone on site to checkin with would have been nice for some people - but if you aren't fussy about that then it's ok. I would stay again.

  Great location fromm city centre if you're happy with a 25ish minute walk. Also on an easy, regular bus route. Quiet room which was very clean with all good amenities. Great shower, hot water, view of the garden and very reasonable price

  Good location, adjacent to the beach, short drive to Great Yarmouth and other Norfolk attractions. Clean and comfortable. Good sized family room - we stayed with 7 year old granddaughter. Staff friendly though service for dinner slow.

  Comfortable beds and good quality bed linen. Soundproof rooms. Good location for an early morning flight.

  The 12.5% service charge added to already expensive food and drink. The service was poor in the Italian restaurant and yet the service charge is not optional. There was also confusion at check in. I booked two rooms, one for me and another for a friend. When they arrived an hour or so later than me, they had no record of the reservation them despite having a confirmed booking via Booking.com.

  Safety catch on bedroom door wouldn't lock. No space to sit apart from the bed. TV signal was terrible, couldn't watch anything for more than 5 mins . Staff not particularly friendly.
