The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

At the reception they were very welcoming. Our room was ready, even though we were there very early. Clean room. Nice breakfast. You can walk from Paddington station or take the tube if you want. It is close by either way. We forgot something in our room when we checked out. After contacting they send it by mail to our home adress. Very much appreciated!

I am sorry to say but the beds are really horrible. Way to hard! But it could easily be fixed with some kind of topper. The staff in the breakfast room work really hard, but they should ask guests if they would like anything to order extra for breakfast like scrambled eggs and sausages.

The lodge itself was great & all the little touches like the funky pictures & lighting was fab!! The little touches like bread & milk on arrival was fab!! The outside space is amazing & really well finished & includes everything you need ☺️

The only small issues were that the toilet seat needs fixing & also slightly gutted that the neon lights in the living room weren’t working for our stay, which having spoke to the host he explained they were having some electrical issues, but not a big issue overall. The outside beams could do with a brush down but everything else was spotless!!

In the hearth of Beverly a two minute walk to the centre. Beautifully decorated and a real find, I’m already looking to rebook later in the year for a catch up with a couple of friends. Great little touches like milk and cereals. Look forward to going back.

The location of apartment was the best, very close to the subway station and in 30 min using Piccadilly line we got to the centre of the city. The host provided coffee, sugar, and other basic bits that are needed for daily usage.
Negative section of review
The cleanliness needs improving, we have found mould, rust, dust not wiped properly, and the worst was the huge web spider on the top of the kitchen counters. Also, the TV had no broadband, nor Netflix connected, therefore the stay inside the apartment was not exciting, definitely will not use the word from the title "Luxury" to describe it.

The room was beautiful, very high ceilings and has it's own little garden which we would have enjoyed if the weather had been better! Located in the village which is very small but has nice walking routes.
Negative section of review
The room was quite small and it was very quiet in the restaurant and bar, I assume there would be more of a buzz in high season.

Only stayed one night as I had an early morning eurostar departure. Location was excellent as it was across the road from the terminal. OK at a push for the above purpose but wouldn't stay any longer.

Booked a single room and the room at £80 was much smaller than expected and consequently imo was not really value for money. The bathroom was 2 floors down which was a pain. The door was also midway on the stairs which was rather random.

I was upgraded to a suite across the courtyard and there was a lot of noise whilst I was trying to work just after 9am.
