Apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, had everything we needed and very central. The beds are very comfortable. There's a tesco express directly opposite for fresh croissants in the morning. The owner was super kind, responsive and flexible when we had a problem accessing the apartment and she was there within minutes to meet us.

On a busy, warm Saturday night it was noisy. This would not have been a problem in winter with windows closed as windows are very well glazed. However, I'm sure most other central accommodation in Birmingham is noisy, so this is the pay off for a central location.

Breakfast was excellent. The location was superb. We had a sea view which was an unexpected bonus. The hotel was quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The paintwork needed a little TLC but this didn't bother us too much. There was a charge for the hotel car park which we thought unnecessary.

Anna’s house was fabulous. Beautiful inside and out. Luxurious decor and an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful attention to detail, everything catered for 👌🏻

The sun was shining in London and the rooftop was out of this world. The staff were all exceptional from start to finish. Superb hospitality.

The spa in the basement was a little underwhelming but the rooftop pool and hot tub more than made up for it. Cocktails a little on the pricey side with service but it is a hotel after all so you kinda expect that. I’d definitely return in the hope to hit the pool again in the sunshine. The views from there are next level!

Room 6 was small and hot. Needed to open the window which meant enduring noisy machine outside going all night, result was little sleep! Shower head was broken so had to hold the shower!
