Kingston Square is a very quiet location. Most hotels in Hull are in busy locations. The bedroom was comfortable. Breakfast only one dsadvanatage - no black pudding available - otherwise excellent. All staff friendly and helpful

On the night I arrived there was some function in the dining room, so all guests had to eat in the bar which was quite crowded.

The staff all throughout the hotel from the cleaners to reception staff were sooooo friendly 10+ for all of them... Room was spacious and airy and air conditioning was also good. Ideal location to the Theme Park.

Hotel itself is very expensive to eat or drink.. £8.75 for a pint.. paying for swimming pool use as a guest... Having to book breakfast pool and dinner also very annoying. Told there's no reservations available when the restaurant is half empty too.. lots of guest ordered Just Eat and collected at the door.. Early check out at 10am also ridiculous and £60 to stay until 12pm is extortion.

Great location, easy access to public transport to get all around the island, and walkable to beach and town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely big room with a sea view. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast was from 8-9.30, a bit early for us while on holiday. The bathroom was badly laid out, with the toilet in a small, tight space between a wall, the shower and a very hot towel rail. The shower was open on one side and had a leaky hose, leading to splashes and wet towels.

We had a great time here. Perfect for exploring Liverpool and the Wirral area. Catch the train at New Brighton and you can go so many great places. Thank you and look forward to another visit.....

The appartment was lovely and really clean. The host communicated with me very well and quick. I liked the location as everything was super reachable and near by were cool bars and restaurants.

Everything was just perfect! Very friendly staff, room very clean and comfortable. Nice hotel with a so musical decoration! We could live there! Aaahhh, breakfast was superb!

Lovely stay in the Princess room cabin. Staff are friendly and helpful and the site has a little lake. The room was clean and cosy.

Property was locked when we arrived at 5 pm. No one answered the bell or knocking on the door. We had to find another hotel at short notice. The telephone number provided was unrecognised. Emails to the property and Booking.com have not been answered. Book here at your own risk!
