Location was excellent, close to Swallow Falls, Llyn Elsi and surrounded by rolling hills. Beautiful view from the lodges looking at the forest, gave a very exclusive feel. 7 minute walk from Betws-y-coed which had some lovely restaurants and bars. The lodge was beautiful and the hot tub was in excellent working order. Patio furniture was lovely, ideal for breakfast in the morning. The lodge itself was spacious and kitted out with kitchen utensils, cutlery and cookware. Perfect. The host was very attentive and delightful, giving us local knowledge of the area, suggesting some brilliant walks. Would highlight recommend this stay!

Hard to pick a fault, but if I had to, it would be for more toilet rolls for a 4 night stay.

Park Villa has to be one of the best, if not the best place to stay in Tenby. The hosts have paid attention to every little detail and are kind and generous - the Welsh cakes are most welcome! They are also very easy to communicate with which is always reassuring. The house is spacious and well appointed and the location is great - in no time at all you can walk to the beach or in to the town. Parking available in the Sainsbury's car park which is just a couple of minutes away. Really worried now that everyone will be booking and we wont be able to get a slot! They also allow dogs- hurrah!

It's perfect for me, my family and my dogs- that's why this is the only place we would ever stay in Tenby.

The hosts Nicky and Jon were lovely and very friendly. A lovely touch greeted us after a long journey of scones, clotted cream, jam, a bottle of wine and milk and fresh orange, thank you. Very comfortable, clean and cosy place to stay, just what we needed. A big thank you to you both.

Apart from kitchen, rest of house could do with a bit of TLC.

The price. For a price of £136.00 I would expect a better and larger room. It was nice but too expensive
