I stayed for 2 nights while on a trip for training & work. The restaurant staff at breakfast on Thursday, 16th & and Friday, 17th of May, were an absolute pleasure. I was greeted warmly by pleasant charming girl (unfortunately, I don't know her name). I was in a hurry to catch up with work, so she went above and beyond to look after me, offered free bag for food collection, a takeaway coffee cup, and then she went to find me a tupperware so I could get some hot food. This kind, generous, and caring girl is an outstanding & beautiful staff member showing how proper hospitality and attention should be. She made me feel like I'm in my home away from home. The food was brilliant, hot, and fresh. There was a decent selection for hot food, and also pastries, cereal, porridge, fruit, fruit juices, etc.

Downside, only two usable 3-pin sockets making charging phones and gadgets a nightmare. Although it's a clean room, it's outdated with everything.

Overall layout and accommodation of the house is very good and the external provision within the garden. There is a good provision of crockery and glasses etc. The football table and table tennis are nice additions.

The grass could of been cut and weeds removed from drains etc, a little tidy up externally would improve the impression of the place. The sink in the main ensuite is very small. The seating around the fire pit needed cleaning.

Check In Process was good. Staff were helpful. Nice Views from Restaurant and from other windows in hotel. Breakfast was good and nice and quiet even at the supposed busy time.

Poor service for a 5 star hotel. I asked for some things to be fixed (like the curtains) and they promised to fix it, but nothing happened. Also very poor telephone service in the reception / guest service. I had to ring again quite often because no one answered. I am sure they must be short staffed.

Horrible, just horrible. What happened is that we arrived to the flat and no one was there to assist us first. So what we did was that we went back to the city to eat and contacted booking and they told us that they got in contact with the landlord and he told them that he is at the flat and we can come he will be there all the time. Well, thats what we did. But when we got there no one was there, again. We tried to call landlord again (we've been trying to do so in weeks) and he answered. He sent us some code and told that we can pick up the keys from key safe, we tried but he gave us the wrong code. We contacted him and he told us "let me ask my colleague for the right one" and turned off the call. He calls us later and tells the right code. What happened next was that we went inside and go into the room instucted by landlord. The room was dirty and disgusting. We contacted the landlord and asked him about pillows and blankets since the room was empty and the madras had a lot of yellow dirt marks. Got the answer "there is no, you are supposed to bring them yourself", we told him that the post on booking doesn't says so and the pictures in booking does have pillows and blankets etc. We also asked the landlord wheter or not we can lock the room door with the key since there was a lot of other people staying there, he answered "no there is no key to the door, its broken" we told him our concerns about being robbed but he told us "nothing will happen i can assure you" but how can he assure us if he isn't even there. We kindly asked landlord to fix the dirty room and pillow blanket situation and he said "tel me see what i can do" and after that we tried to contact him several times but he refuses to answer our call. The landlord answers when he wants to and we've been trying to contact him in 2 weeks before out arrival and he never answered.
