The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

The hotel was booked because it was within walking distance to the Royal Albert Hall and also very close to the underground for visiting other areas of London. Without exception all staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our breakfast which was fresh, plentiful and nicely cooked. We would defiantly stay at this hotel again.

The kitchen and bathroom were lovely, as was the downstairs toilet. Obviously, it's been updated recently. It's a shame about the rest of the house, tired looking and could do we a refresh of paint. Clean and tidy throughout, added touch of bath towels was good.

If you leave tea/coffee ready available... don't forget milk! Little touches are what people remember

Location was amazing, 1 minute walk from Covent Garden, incredibly comfortable! The room was clean and staff very kind and supportive!

Breakfast not really good but there's an amazing place for a proper breakfast immediately outside the hotel and the room was very small no place to hang the dress...

As always, it is in an excellent location for leisure use - right next to the pubs, bars, and train station.

The floors are creaky as hell - despite the ceilings being old-style 13ft high ones, we were kept awake all night as they creak terribly every time the occupant of the room above walks anywhere. We were also very disappointed as we paid a fair bit extra for a Superior Double Room with a lot bigger floorspace, instead of the cheaper Standard Classic. Yet the room we got was standard, or even small by any reading of it - indeed the fire evacuation plan on the wall showed it to be the smallest room on the floor - much smaller than all the others on the plan. (I took a photo of it as evidence, though I know some of the others will be the Family Rooms). I subsequently contacted the hotel on our return home, when I remembered we'd paid to go bigger, but they replied to state our room number was deemed to be a Superior Double. So be warned that they charge extra for Superior Doubles that are no bigger than any other hotel's bog-standard small rooms. Save yourself some money and stick to the Classic Rooms - there's virtually no difference. Oh and "Superior" also doesn't have any relationship to view amenity it would seem - we looked out inward, straight onto the dirty glass roof of the lobby ceiling bit - the worst view in the hotel probably 🤣😭
