      We loved everything about about Little House it is beautifully styled and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay plus lots of little extra treats that made our stay feel even more special. The bathroom was gorgeous. Little house was absolutely spotless throughout. We can’t wait to go back

      Having stayed here a few years ago and thinking it was nice then, I was surprised to see it had had a refurb. The refurb is high end, in the bar and restaurant area. The staff where friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic.

      Not much to complain about. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I'd maybe consider bringing in a better selection of tea and coffee in the room, rather than PG tips, nescafe sachets and kitkats. It doesn't scream high end like the rest of the place.

      Above fairly busy road and room had no AC so fair amount of traffic noise from window. Bathroom design was odd - shower water spilled out into the rest of the bathroom.

      We were in a room on the 5th floor room 526,unfortunately the lift broke down on our 2nd day, we know this was unfortunate and the hotel cannot foresee these sort of problems, but I went to the reception to ask if there was any other way up to our room apart from the stairs as my wife has breathing problems, I asked the man on reception this question, and he abruptly just said, well you will just have to wait for the engineer, very unhelpful and needs to learn how to deal with the public better, he just didn't have any customer service manners,he was a thick set chap with a beard
