  The hotel was situated in the heart of Bristol where there are lots of amenities including places to eat and drink. There was a large group of us for my friends hen night. The receptionist was very kind and made sure that we was in rooms near to each other. They kindly reserved a large table for us all to eat breakfast together the next morning. Couldn't fault the hotel. The breakfast variety was superb. The beds were nice and comfy and the rooms was a very good size. If I'm staying in Bristol again I will definitely book this hotel again.

  Convenient location, clean and tidy if a bit tired. It is part of a pub so you have to expect some degree of noise but even on a bank holiday weekend most had died down by 11.30pm. Breakfast really nice but later than I would have preferred when you need to be somewhere

  We really enjoyed our stay - the staff were exceptional, the setting and decor beautiful and the food (breakfast and dinner) delicious. Well situated with lots of local activities/places to see and enjoy.
