Jayne is very welcoming, the house is beautifully furnished and there are loads of nice details there was even a jar of treats with our dogs name on it . The breakfast was excellent good choice and lovely fresh ingredients. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and will use again if we are visiting the area.

there needs to be better communication from the reception of the booking we made a couple of request but never got an answer, the telephone number for the Guest House does not get answered, the saving grace were the two cleaners who were exceptionally helpful.

Breakfast facilities provided in room were good. I wake up early--before pubs, cafes, and the breakfast room are open, So, I appreciate the coffee, creamer, etc. that is in the room.

The way too complicated reservation system. I am close to 80 and not tech savy. I travel without a phone. I have been doing it for decades and never felt the need for one. Yet, Sonder thinks you will have one and wants to text instead of providing an option for email. And the person I spoke to over the phone when I was reserving acted as if he were having a bad day. Who needs that? I almost canceled. On the other hand, when I emailed from Paris with questions about access to the Henry upon arrival at the door in London, the experience was the exact opposite. Shiloh was the customer service rep everyone wants--knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, supportive, exceeding expectations.

In the centre of Worcester, very nicely decorated, good communication in the lead up to our stay, a brownie on arrival was a lovely touch.

I think there was parking included but it was not made clear where this was so we ended up paying to use a local car park.

Good location for central London. A few essential utilities there to use and clean. Good communication regarding entry and exit also.

Regarding the room, it is pointless having/offering a TV that doesn’t work. I don’t get the feeling it was just this visit. Either check it and fix it or just don’t offer it. If it wasn’t there I wouldn’t have been bothered but since it was, I did try to use it but couldn’t.

Beautiful apartment, lots of space, right next to the river, good location for event in Excel that we were attending.

It is very bright outside the apartment at night and the bedrooms are very bright, so blackout blinds would be a good addition.
