Beds were very comfortable, we had two double beds. Hotel was in city centre, great for shopping, nightlife and next to the railway station.

The room was supposed to be deluxe, but there was no soap for hand washing, you would have to stand in the shower to use the bath/shower gel dispenser on the wall. No shower cap either.

Since I last stayed it seemed less cleaned ie both bins in the kitchen were full on my arrival. Very dirty floor towel in bathroon, Only one spare loo roll in the building yet house was full (bank hgoliday w/e). Room was clean but I wondered if the cleaner had done the general areas. Stair carpet needs fixing - its loose 2 or 3 steps down from the top.

Owner not welcoming. First time I called/shouted no response. Heating turned off at 10pm - did not come back on until 8am. No instructions to operate oven Property looks nothing like photo, flat is to rear of property but no signage indicates where to go. Completely mid-represented. Directions to property exceptionally poor Light switch for ground floor bedroom are outside the bedroom No corkscrew Old utensils - some broken No dish cloth No kitchen roll
