The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Beautiful and tranquil setting surrounded by buttercup fields and an abundance of wildlife right outside your door. We stayed in stable 2 which was nicely decorated and came with a lovely outdoor seating area to the front and rear. We were going to the resorts world arena in the evening so walked to the local pub (The black Boy, 25mins away) and enjoyed some delicious pub food before getting a taxi to the arena (£20), All in all a fantastic stay. 10/10

A travel lodge is possibly closer and cheaper to the NEC (if you book 6 months in advance) but where's the enjoyment in that? If however you just want some P&Q In the countryside then there really is no downside.

Location was perfect - the views and the sea. The room was spotless, comfortable and cosy. The staff were friendly and engaged, especially the young barman who taught me to pronounce Caorunn correctly and the brunette waitress at our evening meal. The food was out of this world, all made from scratch and delicious.

Having to wait until 5pm to get into our room. We assumed it was due to being so early in the season.

Was the only hotel in town so don’t have much choice to stay here or keep looking after a long working day. So can’t say I particularly chose it. Room was good size and comfortable. Close to a few fast food places. Staff were nice.

Was expensive for what it was. Room only had a little skylight for a window and the shade wouldn’t close. Breakfast was awful. Bacon actually snapped when I touched it. Not sure egg was scrambled. Only saw 2 other people at breakfast so not exactly overrun

I ordered fish and chips , but the fish wasn’t nice at all and chips was cold , I was expecting traditional fish and chips but that not what I got

Fantastic location, great hosts, who were on site if you needed them, spacious cottage, easy to find.

Not a dislike but as there was a camping area behind the cottages and I thought there might have been an on-site self-service shop for breakfast essentials like eggs, bacon, bread etc.

Good location.

Had booked for 2 single beds, only got a double bed and a pull out couch bed. Did not get what we booked for, and did not try to accommodate us to find an alternative room with 2 single beds.
