Location was perfect!! Stairs are a bit of a struggle but everything in the apartment was just what we needed All the small details and beautiful little touches were found all around the apartment which made it extra special

A well-priced hotel in a convenient location for visiting the Cotswolds' and Warwickshire. The room and bathroom were clean and bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food well priced.

We weren't aware that that the hotel holds a disco on the Friday night and a live band on the Saturday night. We were also above the kitchen with the ventilation system outside our window, so we only had one good night's sleep out of three.

Grand hotel with spectacular seaside view . Old fashioned decor in the dining area made one feel as if you were there with Queen Victoria herself. Lovely bath with hot water made for a relaxing soak.

Lovely views over the lake. Food was nice....when it came. Staff were polite. Lots of parking, except on Saturday. Fridge in room.

Our room was in a pair with an outer door to them both, unfortunately it was continually slammed by the guests next door. Would be better with that door removed. We ordered a pizza in the bar, very quiet time, waited over an hour and 15 mins, only food that came out before ours was some nachos (1 minute beforehand). Assume chef was on his break but we were not told. Much smaller balcony that our first stay here, in general room wasn't as good as the one we had in main building.

We had the disabled room,after having heart surgery it seemed like a good idea instead of the stairs but unfortunately the smell in the room was unbearable.we asked the manager & there was no other available rooms.ruined the weekend

The noise. What a terrible amount of noise! Our bed was right at the window and it was so noisy all night long. Sirens, cars tooting, people outside talking, people in the apartments upstairs. Hygiene: the room stank of bleach when we came in but wasn't that clean. Had to clean the kitchen ourselves. Kitchen was tiny. Not well equipped. No towels to dry dishes. Dishwashing liquid had been watered down. Bathroom: Terrible smell from the pipes. Shower didn't drain water fast enough. Based on the reviews, I was expecting a decent apartment. It wasn't. Would not recommend and wouldn't go back again. A good night's sleep is not worth the location.
