It was in a good location, the street was safe and quiet and the mattress was very comfortable. It was very easy to get to from the tube station and check is was really straightforward and the chap in reception was very polite.

Everything was just great. Can't say a bad word about the accommodation or a host. All have been perfect. Loved the cottage, location, and character of the place. I will be recommending it to all my friends.

If anything to improve, it would be the long driveway to the cottages full of potholes. It is maintained periodically, but needs more attention. That would be the only complaint from me.

We were close to the centre of Leeds which is what we wanted and the house was good for our one night stay. It had everything we needed.

The steps up to the front door were a struggle for a couple of the guests and so were the main stairs in the house

Good space in good condition. Lounge area had a separate door so the sofa bed was more like a bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped

Entrance hallway is a bit dirty and not very welcoming. Lack of comfortable seating in the kitchen area (sofa used as a bed). Location is central but no nice bars / cafes in immediate vicinity

Price, car park full so couldnt get space and had tk leave car open and not secure, ladyon reception not helpful and didnt tell us early breakfast finishing
