Spacious and bright, good view from windows, quiet on the opposite side of street, fancy and stylish furniture, 10 minutes walk from station, 20 meters from Nero's coffee and city center, lively area, one free bottle of milk, free detergents

Love the fantastic penthouse and the city views.. also loved the fact it was in the heart of the city.. all shops and venues were in walking distance.. Also the SSE Arena was right on our door step as we attend the Girls Aloud Concert..

Absolutely beautiful old building,only a 10 minute walk into the town,very clean ,green king pub /restaurant. Pool table. And nice gardens to sit in..

I only have one thing to mention and it might just be green king policy I should’ve tried to find out before leaving review but will ask now as it might mean we won’t stay again, we visit our daughter in Honiton regularly and wanted her to come and join us at the hotel for breakfast in the morning but they wouldn’t let her, I thought an extra paying person for breakfast would help business but obviously not..

While it was clearly an old building, the renovations and facilities were first class.

The bedding though definitely clean felt a bit old and tired which wasn’t great. It wouldn’t be a big ask to have 100% cotton sheets etc, hotel style. it felt a bit like old polymix bed linen, not nice.
