Positive section of review
The accommodation is located about 10 minutes walk from the town and riverside. It is fairly quiet as it is at the back of the house away from the main road. The bedroom is quite spacious and the kitchen area has a nice view of the garden. You have your own access via a side gate and can sit out in the garden weather permitting. We made one meal on the electric hob once we found out how to use it but we didn't try the microwave as it looked far too complicated!

Note that the accommodation is semi-detached so you can hear some noise from other guests, especially if they are noisy. Parking is off road but is a bit tight and takes some manoeuvring to get out. We found it hard to find the place as there is no sign or house number that can be seen easily from the road.

Reasonably comfortable bed and adequate shower, I had a ground floor room. The hotel was in a convenient location, with a bus stop almost directly outside. The receptionists were professional.

It was impossible to use the kitchenette as there were no saucepans etc, only crockery and cutlery. I was unsure if the fridge was broken or simply smelled bad, but I could only make a few herbal teas rather than cook a meal like I had hoped to and considering the price of the room this was extremely disappointing. The hair dryer also quickly stopped working. There is still refurbishment taking place and a sign in the lobby apologises for any inconvenience but guests could be informed before arrival, the noise only bothered me a little as I had woken up early anyway but guests hoping for a quieter morning would likely be disturbed by it. The double bed was so close to the wall I could hardly open the bedside table and I walked into the corner of the bedroom twice in the narrow space. There were 2 folding chairs by a rather sad looking table in the corner of the bedroom with a generous amount of teabags and sugar sachets, a kettle and a coffee machine I didn't get a chance to use.

The flat is amazing and I would 100% stay again.. Immaculate clean and very spacious the metro link it right outside and the bus stop

Bed was a bit hard, our room had very squeaky floorboards under the carpet and uneven, felt like we were walking uphill in one area. Would also liked to have been aware that breakfast was not included in the price. Bathroom was very small hardly any room to turn around.

The fact is that no steam room out of order Pool freezing And jacuzzi full of people, so nothing to do And asked about treatments, looked at me daft, and said you have to pay, which I knew from the previous visit but staff wasn't very helpful Only booked so could use facilities and change outfit as going away early next morning like 130
