A lovely furnished and spacious apartment with great attention to detail. Has a fully stocked kitchen which was great too, the bistro downstairs was great, we enjoyed having a few drinks downstairs during the day and the staff were all so nice. The food menu looked excellent too, we had other plans this time so did not eat there but will most certainly factor in a meal downstairs if we stay here again. I would not hesitate to book the Beulah again if I visit Leeds, it was a lovely experience . The host was excellent with communication too

I would make only one suggestion and that is perhaps to maybe put together a little local guide for visitors inside the apartment so that we can access information about what there is to do locally on foot or a short driving distance. But this is just a suggestion and doesn't change how lovely our stay was at this apartment.

Really smooth check in process, great for what I needed just for 1 person and 1 night, near to Rutland water. The room was compact, but clean and comfortable.

Shower very weak. Oven needs a good clean. WiFi weak. Needs larger plates and also no pasta bowls. Would be nice to have some fresh milk for arrival. However.... these things did not spoil our stay... the apartment is great.

No food served after 2pm in restaurant just as check in opens. Poor selection of snacks in cafe area and food order was totally wrong when it arrived. No bar open after 10pm No water in the room you have to take an empty bottle down to ground floor to fill and then the bottle doesn’t fit in the vending machine Was told breakfast was included on booking.com yet you had to pay £5 per person for a cooked breakfast. If you wanted to add anything to a plate of eggs it was not allowed as it wasn’t included in the price!!! Absolute con
