  Nothing, I had to leave immediately after having an asthma attack due to the fumes in the room.

  The rooms are cleaned with very strong bleach which isn’t appropriate before customers enter their rooms, particularly if they have asthma or any respiratory issues. I tried airing the whole room by opening all of the windows but I had to leave after having an asthma attack. I was staying for business and this was really disappointing as I was both made unwell and missed an important meeting due to having to vacate quickly. I had to find alternative accommodation and the hotel did not get back in touch with me to check I was okay or offer a refund. Shocking service.

  My room was like a prison cell / hospital ward with no windows. No side table or anywhere to put my stuff, just a bed. Not as advertised in the slightest. Never seen anything like it.
