There wasn't anything to dislike, friendly staff when I arrived, very pleasant. Check in was really easy. Access to the coffee machine in the lobby was free (first hotel I've ever known that). The room itself was amazing, it had everything you could have ever asked for, extremely comfortable and very spacious. As for location, if you're going to a gig at Rock city, you won't be disappointed, it's literally just round the corner, a 2 minute walk if that! This place will be my go to hotel every time I go to Rock City. Definitely a 10/10 experience, I'd give more if I could (there's even a mini shop Essentialzzz if you need something during your stay).

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable, very clean with lovely views and free on street parking just outside. Excellent and very welcoming staff who were very attentive. Harbour View is a brilliant choice for exploring Tobermory and the Isle of Mull.

Excellent location, close to shops and tube and whilst not the most salubrious property, it was a good price, safe part of London and pleasant staff who allowed us to book in an hour early so highly recommend

Breakfast was very good. The room was however clean. Fairly good location in walking distance of the city centre. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Parking isn't great at this hotel as they have people leaving cars for cruises with a big car it was a struggle to find space for the evening. The room was outdated and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I would recommend them replacing their mattresses and bedding. The room rate was very expensive for what was on offer they are pricing themselves out against a premier inn that has better facilities.
