loved the free parking , as there really isnt anywhere to park in city centre, car park was under the building but very adequate and easy to use, as we have a large 4 x 4, the lifts were also a bonus, we went to the AO Arena and it was in walking distance , and the town was in walking distance , the apartment was very clean and very nice, with lifts which was a bonus ,kitchen was well stocked with toaster , kettle, microwave etc, would reccommend these apartments, A star xxx

The property was a 10/10. It was clean, modern and the location was fantastic (very close to the Kingspan Stadium). The host was also quick to respond to any queries and questions.

we went for early breakfast on sunday, hoping to avoid a busy period but everyone else had the same idea - probably as the weather was so good. everything was self-service and the staff were doing their best but it was a bit chaotic, but the staff on reception were excellent and it was a very efficient checkout

No hot water, rude staff that have no knowledge of their job , paper hanging off the walls, dirty floors walls and bathroom. kettle didn't reach plug had to boil it on the floor, coffee was nasty, clear dug use inside the building from the smell. Never stayed anywhere that was this bad
