Value for money if you're only in need of a quick night's sleep. I didn't use any of the WC facilities so can't comment on that. You're sharing with other people, so you never know how nice your room mates will be. My experience was good. Amazing breakfast!

Great central location, fantasticfor walkingto anywhere in town. Nice clean rooms and spacious, we booked the executive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Modern hotel.

The only downside was no hotel parking. However, it is the city centre. There are plenty of car parks that are easily accessible.

Cheap price for one night and the 3 course meal was worth it for the food we had however a lot of the options did require a supplement.

Our bed was two singles next each other to make up the superior double room, this would have been fine if they connected but it appeared ours were broken so they didn’t connect, this meant the two beds came apart due to being on wheels so we kept having to move them back together, it also had 2 single duvets on the bed. Lack of vegetarian breakfast options, no mushrooms or vegetarian sausage. At breakfast we were just told to sit anywhere but all tables were dirty and required plates collecting and wiping after asking 2 members of staff to clear us a table we ended up doing it ourselves. We found even at the 3 course meal staff were less than helpful, we had to ask multiple times to order drinks and were never supplied with a drink menu even after asking and had to keep guessing what they had for staff to keep responding with no sure if we have that, during the 3 course meal we were given our starter and main practically together and then waited 45 minutes for 2 basic desserts and they weren’t even busy. The pool is also very run down and small and could do with a revamp

The owner said no noise but he himself was slamming doors all night Bed was cheap and covers, it kept banging the walls No decent cups, mugs, plates Only 1 loo roll for a 2 day stay He complained he didn't want me to be too much around the house, but it said That you can use balcony and front room Broken light in the bathroom No air-conditioning thst worked Towels were old and the fact that they were black made it obvious that they Were worn out Luckily I brought alot of stuff with me including loo roll It's was an ok stay More like a hostel

The apartment remained uncomfortably cold even after the staff increased the thermostat temperature remotely. Broken radiator valve in the lounge, wobbly and loose toilet seat in the common bathroom. No washroom facility after checking out. No common sense or caring attitude amongst the staff. Gary, the manager could easily have let one member of our group who was desperate use the staff toilet but he refused
