The apartments are outstanding - super quiet and peacuful location with a huge balcony facing the park. 2 tube stations are just a few steps away. The unit itself is modern and clean. We appreciated dishwasher and the washing machine with dryer. Internet connection wasn't superb though still enough for business calls and everyday routine. The staff is very responsive and welcoming - thank you, folks!

The apts would definitely benefit if the chopping boark could be replaced and the knives get sharpened. All kitchen utensils are pretty much worn, it makes a great contrast with all general fresh and comfy look of the apts

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was adequate, clean and met our needs. The breakfast was of a really good standard, with plenty of options too. We really like the lakes and so if we went back to the Keswick area we would definitely consider staying here again.

There wasn't anything to criticise really. The TV had freeview with not to many options, but that would be nitpicking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

No lifts and the apartment located at the 4th floor. With older guests it’s really challenging to go up and down.

Asked for a quiet room and it sounded like a building site on the second day. Complained about it and all they could do was move us to a non-quiet room. They works did finish by 4pm but if I'd have known about the noise, I could have made sure we weren't in our room at those times. Appreciated that they are refurbishing, but don't have a 'quiet' room next to rooms where works are happening, and don't class as a 'quiet' room when the spa is having a club night, which was literally next door. Also, on the last night, there was a club night going on in the spa which spoilt the peacefulness of the experience as you could hear club music going on until late. Again, if I'd have known this, I'd have changed my booking so we weren't there that night. Went for a nice walk, would be useful to have a map of the golf course paths as we got lost and walked miles!! When we checked out, the manager took my email (Julie) and said she'd be in touch to offer us free upgrades etc on our next visit. Not heard anything at all, so feel I was told this just as a tick box and with no intention of doing this.
