Breakfast was great, the quality of what was on offer was good. The room was great and the bed was super comfy! Location perfect to get to the BIC and close to the beach which was also a huge win! Parking onsite also a bonus although £10 for one night is steep!

Confusion at breakfast as it said wait to be seated but no one was there. The buffet could have done with being freshened up and the coffee quality was poor. The room was noisy and a very loud neighbor woke us up at 7am.

The property is on a working farm with cows, horses, chickens and a peacock - and there's a burger bar across the yard. It's close to walking routes and within an easy drive of some fantastic countryside.

We were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The bath and the mirror in the bathroom were dirty. The fridge was dirty. Dirty utensils had been used and put back in the drawer covered in grease. Our slippers were filthy when we got home. We were also disappointed at what was missing. There was no wardrobe, no bedside tables, no bedside lamps in one of the bedrooms. No shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. No bread knife, chopping board or oven gloves. Not enough sockets anywhere. And we were disappointed that various features didn't work. We were warned that the wifi was temperamental and someone was coming to fix it - it never worked while we were there and the planned visit didn't seem to have fixed it. This seemed to mean the TV didn't work. The hairdryer stopped working after a day. The coffee machine was already broken when we arrived. The lamps in the other bedroom were battery operated but the batteries were dead.

We were there for my sister's wedding. The location of the hote was greatl, the barn they got married is was stunning and the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was definitely worth the £10 they charge.

The rooms are very small. Our door opened onto our bed which wasn't ideal. The rooms were extremely hot and the windows didn't open fully. The fire alarm was right next to the bathroom so when my partner had a shower and opened the door, the steam set the alarm off. The drinks were very expensive (£12.40 for a double vodka and lemonade) and when it got busy the bar staff struggled to figure out who was next in the queue.

Fantastic location at the heart of the highlands, near Ben Nevis and Loch Ness. Property was spacious and comfortable, would happily come back!

They made an effort to find me another hotel as they were fully occupied even though I booked and paid for it.
