View from the room is awesome. Rolling hills and beautiful landscape. You can't get views like that everywhere so it's a major plus. V clean room. Staff were v welcoming and friendly.

Building itself is tired and in disrepair. Broken down car in the carpark with flat tyres and v messy residents carpark reflects the lack of care. It's a tired block with no style.

Linens, towels and room were generally clean. The restaurant area was updated and pleasant. Lapworth conference room was fit for purpose. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

My room (112) was very shabby and in poor repair. Toilet didn't flush well, lampshades were hanging off, damage to bath, very rickety ironing board (which collapsed whilst attempting to use it). The bed was very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. The part of the hotel I was in felt very noisy on a night, I could hear a lot from adjoining rooms, door banging etc.

Staff were exceptionally professional. A member of the receptionist staff on Sunday was outstanding. I wish o hot his name to call him out.

Rooms could do with better lighting. And upgrade to modern electrical fittings ie usb connections

The details of this hotel are extremely inaccurate and unhelpful. Whilst undoubtedly it is 850m from the O2 it is impossible to walk the 850m to the hotel therefore it is not 850m from the O2 as listed.

Floors were falling to pieces. Bathroom seemed unkempt and unclean. Beds were uncomfortable I stayed on my own but randomly got a message after the stay to ask if that was true. Not sure why except to extract more money!?

It was filthy dirty, it’s stank of weed and nothing was clean. The cleaner hadn’t been in and it was in an absolute state. My partner and I had to clean the entire caravan as we had made plans for the weekend and had no alternative option.
