- “Everything was perfect: the hotel, the facilities, the staff, the amenities, etc. When we arrived, they made us a free upgrade to our room offering a suite. The room was amazing, large and comfortable spaces, with view in Burj Kalifa. The room was very clean and smelled so fresh and nice. Qasam (the cleaning staff) was excellent and went overboard to his cleaning abilities in order to offer a great experience, while he showed kindness, respect and willingness to help us in everything that we wanted. All the personnel in the hotel were absolutely professionals. A very modern hotel, with a big variety in the breakfast and with all the amenities that someone would need when travelling abroad. Highly recommended and for sure we will come back again if we visit Dubai again. Thank you for this unique experience!”

  1. This property is in Dwyran village and it is nearly 7 miles away from llanfairpwllgwyngyll. Its location should be updated in its booking.com page 2. The house does not have two bathrooms. It has an exceptionally spacious bathroom and a second toilet next to kitchen. Large families will be delayed in mornings to get ready.

  I took my partner for his birthday and he loves f1 so he loved the track and the room facing the track.

  The restaurant in the hotel was really slow on service and left us feeling like we were being ignored. Ellis the manager sorted it all out. However after trying to get a table and Ellis sorting this for us, one of the waitresses that originally turned me down, said to me “it wasn’t that hard to get a reservation then”. I just found this quite rude. Ellis was amazing for sorting everything out, just other staff need to understand that their service and how they are with customers does impact on their stay.

  The Balcony doors had been bolted shut due to external work being carried out on the building. As these were the only windows in the entire apartment, it was unbearably hot, especially after climbing 5 flights of stairs with luggage. However the lack of pressure in the boiler meant the ice cold shower worked wonders….once I was brave enough to get in. There is no dishwasher in the property, despite it being advertised as having one….this is probably why all cups were dirty, oven trays were greasy, everything needed to be washed before being able to use it. We did cook one evening, however the oven quickly filled the apartment with greasy smelling smoke, and as there no windows to open, everything ended up smelling like chip fat. The general cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired, and the smell of sewer/drains, especially in the bedroom was not a pleasant experience. I can usually overlook a couple of issues, but the only reason we chose this apartment was for the balcony. I discovered the company already new about the access issue due to a previous guests review, but they neglected to pass on this information prior to us staying. They even advised by emailed that they had not had any issues previously and made it sound like we were being stupid for being able to open the doors!
