Nothing. Hugely disappointed at the pokiness of the place. It was dark, 2 half sofas covered in plastic. Bedrooms not big enough to swing a cat. Decided we couldn’t possibly stay there. Found last available room at the crown thank god. Without doubt the worst place I have ever stayed in .

Central location, secure hostal. Small sparse room but very clean and comfy bed with its own bathroom. Quiet. Excellent kitchen amenities and a small supermarket very near by.

The Barrel Store was hard to find. On Google, put in ‘YHA Cotswolds’ to find it. The hostal is linked to the YHA and reception treated me a little oddly. Very small room, have to use the floor to unpack, other than two small hooks.

Perfect location in the centre of Norwich. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom looked ready for refurbishment. There were cracked tiles in the shower and and black mould in the shower and in the space under the glass on the sink unit.

When I booked I ask for gluten/dairy free breakfast for both days as explained I am a coeliac I also emailed a few weeks before we arrived I also mentioned it on the day we arrived I was told this would be ok when I went down for breakfast there was nothing available they did go to marks and Spencer’s to buy some Bread but nothing to go on the bread so I would of Been eating dry bread also no dairy free milk I paid extra for breakfast on both days and was unable to eat anything
