Location was perfect! St.Enoch Subway station took us everywhere in Glasgow. The Tesco shop just a few meters from the hotel offered a variety of easy to make meals in our lovely apartment room. Beds are perfect, pillows are to hard though. We reported that the toilet paper holder in our room was broken from the wall at our arrival, and this was taken seriously. People at the 24/7 desk were excellent and super nice. We had a lovely stay, and will be back.

The property was insanely quirky with several distinct, unusual and key features. Everything was created to match these elements making the whole property, including its cottages and restaurant, into a very unique night.

The only thing that we found a little irksome, was the lack of light in the bedroom area…all other areas were sufficiently light enough when the light was on, however, it was difficult to see in the bedroom - although that did have an element of ‘fifty shades’ to the experience!

The site was nice and quiet, it was clean. It was easy to check in and out. The price was good. We purposely chose a lodge with a hot tub which was nice. Both of the beds were really comfy.

The blind in the main bedroom was broke. It was absolutely boiling hot inside the lodge, we had all the windows open , luckily we had brought a fan but it would be good if one could be provided. The leg on the stool is the living area was broke and there were a few stains on the carpet. Unfortunately had a nightmare with the security deposit being “held” but apparently they take it out your bank then put it straight back in? As mine wasn’t returned but apparently never taken fully out. So confusing and just caused unnecessary stress. Totally happy to pay a security deposit to stay places but the process in which is done seriously needs reviewing.

Location was great, close to many shops, pubs, restaurants, bus station, train station and underground tube. Price was really affordable. Communication was quick and easy.

We took a family room for 3. It was really small, not enough space for luggages or even to put aside things. The toilet was even tinier, you literary could only take one step inside the toilet area and one step in the shower area. But in all fairness, eventhough the space was small, for the price offered, it was tolerable.

On a good site with activities available for the children. Clean and tidy with no problems. Also a good price. Games were available for the children.

Good location & although staff were a little unfriendly and brusque they did agree to me to leaving my bag before checking in.

The rooms are small, no toilet, walls are paper thin and you can hear noise in other rooms, noisy outside until late on Sat night, staff are a little brusque & long list of rules & regulations on check in taking credit card imprint to cover possible damage! Says a lot about the kind of guests that they attract. 4pm check in seems very late for many people, I wonder whether how many people pay the £25 early check in fee?
