The location was ideal for me to access North and Central London. There is a bus 1 minute from the hotel that takes you to Camden Railway or Underground stations (4 stops). You can also walk it in 10 minutes. although the road is quite busy, I wasn't disturbed much. Check-in was simple. Shower room was very clean, as was the bed linen.

I wouldn't spend more than 2 nights in a single room as they are on the small side. If you need absolute peace and quiet, ask for a room at the back of the building. In my room there were no ironing facilities and there wasn't really anywhere to unpack your clothes (just a few coat hangers).

Clean, compact & very modern. Nice sunny bench outside the door, which is very useful for us walkers so we can remove our boots before entering. Parking space adjacent to the outside door. Excellent curry restaurant within walking distance at the top of town called Mount Gurkha Village. Coop supermarket just down the road.

Situated at the side of a fairly busy road, so could be noisy with windows open. Shower over bath needs hand rails & a shower mat. Bathroom sink quite small & mirror mists up after a shower. Sadly Tibshelf, which is a former mining town, now lacks a variety of quality restaurants.

The property was lovely and set on a beautiful golf course. The location was perfect, nice and out the way of everything.

The WiFi was the worst I’ve ever known and it’s e been to a lot of hotels. What made it worse was the phone signal was awful as well. We were told that the WiFi only works in the bar and a couple of rooms. We couldn’t even see the WiFi on our devices in the room we stayed in. We were told it’s too expensive to sort out. And for this reason I can’t recommend this hotel to people that need internet

Very good location at Stansted Airport so that you can walk between the hotel and the airport terminal building.

The bathroom was not clean. There was visible black mould below the rim of the toilet, there was a grubby brown ring around the plug hole of the sink and there were dark stains on the so called fresh white hand towels. It looked like it hadn’t had a proper clean in years. The food in the restaurant was bang average. The service was amateurish. Not impressed.
