Positive section of review
The caravan was modern and spotless with everything you could possibly need. Nice modern TV in the lounge and bedroom and the Wi-Fi worked well. First place with stayed that has an air-fryer, although we didn't use it on this occasion. The caravan has a nice outside area with table an chairs. A big bonus was the swimming pool which is very well heated.

I'd have to be very picky to find a negative. It does lack the views we've had at other locations.

Great hotel in fab location with pool We've stayed here several times, we like the fact that it has a pool. We chose a King suite this time it was very spacious but bland in decor, our room we had the previous time was nicer. On both occasions we had access to the premium lounge, free drinks and snacks and Ariel views of the city

The bathroom is awkwardly situated in the middle of the room(that also has no windows) so you're really trapped in whatever environment you create. The shower itself was grimy and very unpleasant to use.

Comfy room and great atmosphere. Staff were helpful, warm and friendly. Food was amazing. Would definitely recommend. Parking was a major bonus.

The swimming pool and other facilities were out of order, not happy about this could have stayed in a cheaper hotel without a pool. The toilet kept filling constantly and the bathroom floor squirted out water everytime you walked on it.

Room was small more like a single with a double bed. Very hot, with only fans which just pushed the heat around the room. Poor decor with very bad marks on walls doors and furniture. Towels smelled musty. When complained I was told the manager would call me. Never received a call.
