  The bothy was in a beautiful setting; and was very nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well. I really liked that there was an electric car charger on site too.

  I wouldn't have liked to sleep upstairs, it was quite a steep ladder and not ideal for anyone having to get up and down to the bathroom during the night.

  Great base for sightseeing. Great host, welcoming and very knowledgable on the area. Lovely cooked breakfast.

  The last-minute change of room on top floor which we struggled with. We were told we were upgraded, but definitely didn't feel like an upgrade! Felt very small and paid for larger room.

  Staff were excellent where we encountered them but we were out all day and out for meals on a night

  We were away for my 60th birthday so booked a spa room which was excellent but we were looking to enjoy a lay in on my birthday and we were awoken by staff before 9 to clean room when breakfast went on until 10.30. Spoilt my birthday a bit when we were both getting away from pressures of work.
