Warmness of the family welcome. They had lovely free range hens. The availability of food in the evening and in the morning was excellent combined with a cocktail tipple (obviously not morning). Easy on site parking

Location satisfactory as expected we needed a vehicle however I knew this as it was an overnight stay only with later arrival and early departure to continue our journey.

Location was perfect. Off the busy road and a lovely communal park opposite. Shopping centre 5 mins walk away with lovely cafes and shops Euston and St Pancreas only a 5 min walk away

Room a little smaller than anticipated. Would of been nice to have a small sofa to sit on rather than big storage units as storage was ample Being underneath a 24 hour reception did sometimes sound like Michael Flatly was practising above

Beautiful quiet rural location looking out towards the Mountains of the Mourne. Nice gardens with picnic tables. Well equipped/furnished bedroom and shower.

The rather strange curtain which wouldn't pull and let in the light (see photo) The breakfast arrangement is a hassle. There have been a lot of review issues about it..... to be clear.... You get your own from the ingredients left out. You can boil eggs... there is a coffee machine. The meats and cheese left in the fridge were not to our taste. The cereals were ok .... the bread was not. If Breakfast is important to you as a part of your trip then find somewhere else.

Checking in was a bit haphazard - unsure where reception was - had to wait a while. Lots of noise from people walking in an alley next to the room at 2am - especially as the windows were open. Room was pricey for what it was - overall quality was not what we would have expected for the money. More of a pub with rooms than a nice hotel
