I was welcomed by the ever smiling Siva. She immediately offered to make me a drink, which I gratefully accepted. Tea was then served, tea pot, milk jug, cup all presented on a tray. Siva showed me to my room, which was a large double, for my sole occupancy. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. There is a nice little bar, with very keenly priced drinks and a good choice. I did not take breakfast in the morning, but it all looked very nice as I walked through. The price of my stay was also excellent value. Overall 10/10

We liked the amount of utensils & the cooking stuff & the location was excellent for the city centre & all the amenities close by. Just a hill to walk up, then your there. Check in easy & instructions very clear thank you.

The shower head & the plug & filter in the shower itself needed to be cleaned/ descaled. Other than that everything good.

Breakfast menu excellent, staff friendly, Alan the captain was a lovely man, couldn’t do enough for you. The location was excellent and so quiet. So peaceful and relaxing.

I loved how nice and helpful the manager that met us at the property was. She patiently answered all our questions and even gave us an apartment with an extra toilet.

The lady that answered the customer service line was very patronising and raised her voice at us for no reason when we were only asking a question concerning the deposit paid and when we’d get it back. When she was confronted about it she gaslit us saying she raised her voice at us because we weren’t listening to her and that we have her attitude first (when really she was just not clear at all). Not professional at all!!!

Excellent location for Ascot Racecourse. Good parking. Comfortable bed.

The website mentioned steps to garden and we had the garden room. However the steps consisted of a staircase of 19 steps plus another 4 from the garden to the room. Not what we expected as I have a mobility problem and would not have booked had we known. There was a fridge, kettle & toaster however this space also included the clothes hanging area.

The area was not for us. Felt unsafe when walking at night due to drug activities so we checked out early after only 1 night stay.
