It is a lovely private annexe, comfortable and easy to relax within. There is a large garden available to chill out in. From the lounge and bedroom, upper floor windows, the view is lovely. It overlooks a paddock and fields. I was on horse watch and enjoyed watching the antics of the local pheasants, partridges, and wild birds. The owner is friendly and helpful.

The Inn is directly on the A2, which makes it a perfect location for a one-night-stay while travelling. They are very dogfriendly, there is a nice forest with trails behind the hotel. The food was great and the people were nice, especially the young guy who managed the bar in the evening. The room was big, all in all agood experience, would book again.

The A2 is kinda noisy

Ann and David were excellent hosts. Recommended a place for dinner and also breakfast. Which we found to be well worth it. They couldn't help us enough. If we go back to Llandudno we will certainly stay with them. Well done to you both 👏

There was nothing we didn't like about the house or the hosts

Dining room being closed was a disappointment, compensated by the excellent meals and staff at the nearby Ferry Inn under the same management. A bath in the spacious bathroom would have been welcome.

Super friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant, clean and nice furnished hotel, delicious breakfast, location very near to the station.

The mold should be removed in the shower cabin, the sink is right in front of the toilet so there is not enough place to sit.

Great location, tiny bathroom but hot water, good water pressure, nice helpful hotel owners.

I would add a mattress protector and maybe some nice picture on the wall :-)

View from the room was of a dual carriageway ! Rather like the Linton travel lodge in Alan Partridge
