Lovely, quiet, green place with no neighbours wall to wall that could annoy you. Despite the calmness, quite centrally located. Underground station Highgate, a few groceries, cafes, restaurants, pubs and the amazing park Highgate Woods are within walking distance, reachable via the Parkland Walk - a pedestrian and cycle route. The bed is comfortable, the shower gets warm and there is a small kitchen with two hotplates, fridge, toaster, tea kettle and a bunch of delicious little things for breakfast.

The WiFi signal was a bit weak. The table provided is on the smaller side and I missed a comfy armchair for reading in the evening.

We would thoroughly recommend this property for a perfect stay in Windsor. The location was excellent. An easy walk to Windsor promenade where we got on the boat to the races and the following day walked to the Castle. We arrived early due the races and Ric kindly accommodated us by letting us check-in earlier than 16.00hrs. On street parking was also very easy to arrange. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly hosts and the tasty breakfasts really made it for us! Also nice to stay somewhere that was positive about dogs (properly dog friendly-not just dog tolerant). Handy to have the bar downstairs in the evenings. Handy location with lots within easy driving distance-we were able to cover Anglesey, Snowdonia and the coast (Llandudno/conwy easily.

Some of the rooms could benefit from a bit of updating. Wouldn’t stop us from staying there again though.

Everything was amazing! The room was designed so elegantly. Everything was well thought of and put together. You also can’t have a better location than this one. The lounge area had nice coffee and tea facilities with pastry during the day. This will be our new place when we are visiting Edinburgh

Lots of space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything needed for home from home staycation. Cleaning stuff, for the kitchen. Tea, coffee etc. Even left us a bottle of wine. Lots to do in the nearby area. Comfortable, clean, fully equiped, warm soft towels. Fabulous.
