Lovely clean house with all the facilities you need & in an excellent location close to the city centre. Plenty of shops, cafes & bus stops nearby. Tom the host was excellent at responding & really helpful.

Well located - we could walk to The Lanes and easy to walk along the front.

I was warned that there was no lift which was ok but I think not having a breakfast was a shame and the two things together would make me stay somewhere else next time.

Windows in living room dont open which on a blue moon heatwave makes it a bit uncomfortable, but not something that normally needs to be worried about and the rest of the flat was fine

Was given the wrong code when arriving so had to call to ask for the correct one. When I arrived I was sent a text stating, there was some black staining when you walk in to the communal hallway and was told this was down to the building work going on next door, this was not black staining, it was clearly mould and it was all up the walls going up the stairs to the property. It smelt in the communal area and as you walked in it appeared run down as gave a hostel feel with what looked like blankets under the stairs. The property inside appeared cleaner than the communal area however there were a lot of little bugs around the bedrooms which concerned us, the shower was not great and the dial to the temperature was broken so hard to stop yourself from Burning! The ‘sofas’ downstairs if you can call them that felt like sitting on planks of wood! It was comfier to sit on the rug on the floor, they have the two seater comfy sofa tucked in the corner which was strange. We couldn’t seem to lock the front door to the apartment, it was as if the latch didn’t line up but when I raised this I was told the cleaners can use it fine but they would have a look. Word of warning, smell outside the property is awful and so whenever you opened the windows all you could smell was sewage, no fans in the property so it was either be boiling hot or endure the smell!
