The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Before arriving told we could make use of fully stocked kitchen and reviews online say about food being fully stocked in the main kitchen. Confusing for people booking suggests you may use some food from a fully stocked kitchen. Room was smaller than advertisement although we didn't actually know what room we were getting no pictures of specific room. Nice furniture

The location was remote but a really pleasant area which I'm sure would be picture perfect in the summer months. A good base for exploring this part of Wales. The accommodation itself has great potential to be fantastic if a more TLC and general decor update was to take place and of course a much needed deep clean.

The cleanliness of the accommodation was really unacceptable and continued to get worse throughout our stay. As a family, we work extremely hard so do not expect to clean and change beds when we arrive at holiday accommodation. On arrival, we had dirty unchanged beds with dog hairs across the linen and what looked like a dog had been sleeping in the foot end of one of the single beds. One of the single beds also had broken slats. The owner was quick to respond to our initial complaint and did apologise and a neighbour was advised to by the landlord to provide a new slat but it just felt like an inconvenience in our very short stay as he provided us with a screwdriver to do it ourselves. The overall cleanliness was appalling with dirty greasy cooker (we chose not to use it as obviously this is not how we live at our own home), dirty placemats, dirty bowls and plates in the cupboard, filthy shower with a smelly build up in the drain/dirty tiles/dirty shower door, mouldy shower mat, mouldy/mildew bathroom walls/ceiling which could have easily been cleaned away in-between stays but it was clearly a build up an an obvious lack of poor hygiene/cleaning, etc. We did obtain photo evidence of our stay. I think for most working families that take short breaks away, it's a real disappointment when accommodation doesn't live up to expectations. Sadly, this is the most disappointing UK stay we have had in a very long time and all down to cleanliness as the cottage itself is really pleasant.

Quiet site, dog friendly accommodation and beach. Good pubs nearby, The Culver Haven Inn and the Yarbrudge Inn are both excellent. Bus stops very nearby. Very comfortable and welcoming accommodation and hosts.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff was very professional and friendly, always willing to help and provide you with suggestions. Breakfast was pretty complete and enough varied. Location is excellent literally few steps out of the tube

To be honest, nothing. Everything was above expectations. If to make a remark, sometimes it might get problematic to get the lift, especially for the 6th floor, which is served by one only

Great location near to Boscombe High Street and beach. Off street parking in a quiet location. Spotlessly clean and airy room with own shower and toilet. Fantastic breakfast !

Location is excellent for the West End theatres which was the main purpose of my visit. Despite the busy location the room was quiet. Decent value for such a central location.

I'd prefer it if there was a bar in the hotel but the location means there's plentiful and varied options very close by so it's a minor point.

Nice location. Room size and en-suite facilities perfectly adequate.

Visit ruined by the cheap lumpy mattresses on the beds, which were impossible to sleep on, just ticking over springs with no padding. When we complained after the first night they simply turned the mattress, which did not help.

Location, ease of access, easy parking, clean, comfortable!
