The apartment was clean, spacey and comfortable. The location was not too far to city center and other attractions. kelvinbridge subrail station and bus stands were in 2 min walkable distance. There were Tesco express, Sainsbury and Lidl nearby. The staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was ok but I would consider it a continental breakfast and no more. Location was close to station and tube station although not a lot in the area. Loved the cleanliness. Loved the lifts - no waiting. Staff were really friendly and always willing to help.

Didn't like the bed being against the wall because it made it hard to get in and out without disturbing my husband. Also didn't like the fact there was no bedside light switch on my side of the bed. Shower cap would have been good too...and a face washer.

The Lodge was lovely .Very nice part of the site very friendly wild life . Had some good days out around dorset. Would go back for another stay as we did enjoy. Weather was up and down .

Found the sofa and chair not very comfortable . The knob on the cooker was broken and glued. And the shower head needs a good clean .

I might have missed it with the welcome messages but the door entry I didn’t realise you needed to press the keypad for the numbers to appear, being nit picky though.. it’s a great place

Bathroom was not clean so had to ask for cleaning products to clean it myself. Put in furthest away room on second floor with dogs. There is no lift so this was very in convenient. Stairs are steep and there are lots of them. Location is down very windy roads do not for the faint hearted. Didn’t realise we had to ask for room to be cleaned(we were there for 2 nights)

The beddings were dirty - they have not changed the bed sheet from the previous stay. Have contacted the owner but still did not solve the problem. The passcode of the bedroom is weird. I can't get in my bedroom after going from the toilet at midnight, as a result I have to sleep in the kitchen. Have contacted the owner but got no response. On of the worst nightmare stay on Booking.com. definitely, not recommended and will not come back to this place even if it's for free.
