Fantastic location, near the top of the hill, with view over the town and valley. We were lucky with the weather and were able to sit in the garden with a glass of wine and take in the view. The property is close to the bus stop and coffee houses, making it perfect for either a trip out to Bath or a stay in box. The property is well equipped. Katie is a superb host! Highly recommend, would love to go back ourselves!

Absolutely beautiful! So many little touches that made a huge difference - milk delivered to doorstep each morning, tea, coffee, loo rolls, toiletries etc topped up daily, beds made, bathroom cleaned daily. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Staff really friendly and accommodating. Amazing food in the restaurant. Well maintained grounds.

Location is amazing. Cannot fault the position for both beach/sea views and proximity to shops, bars and restaurants. The parking space for number 17 appears slightly bigger than the other spaces which is definitely a plus.

Some cosmetic work needed. Would benefit from either a walk in shower or grab rails to assist getting in and out of the bath.

Modern with some nice finishes. The rain shower was lovely. Great to have a coffee pod coffee machine. Location is fabulous.

No plug in the bathroom. No tea towel to dry dishes. We asked for one but they did not provide. No face cloths. We asked for a couple and were advised they don’t provide. These are 2 very basic requests for a hotel so this was disappointing. No tissues. The staff member on the front desk when we arrived had appalling customer service skills. She barked “name” and that was the extent of the greeting. And then “ID”. We had been travelling for 36 hours so a warm greeting to the hotel would have been appreciated. She was cold and austere and let the hotel down.

The setting off the cabin was beautiful. Lots of wild life and hidden away. Short walk to the beach.
