Location, the staff were incredible especially Illr and Karthik - they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They decorated our 3 rooms with balloons, flowers and chocolate. Our room was slightly delayed for check in (only by 15mins) - Illr went above and beyond and offered us a complimentary drink and a surprise bottle of processco in our room to mark our celebrations. Without a doubt all our future trips to London will be spent in Montcalm. Sai was also lovely upon our check out.

We absolutely loved this place. The staff were so friendly and chatty, and there was a good sized pool that we more or less had all to ourselves. The bedroom was huge and had a small living room attached that we weren't expecting. We also really enjoyed the little bar downstairs on the evening. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location and parking excellent for Grange festival. Breakfast ok. - bacon hard and shrivelled, sausages very nice. A shortage on the toast front: I was not offered brown toast only thin white on first breakfast. and on the second breakfast no toast was offered ( but I didn't request any).

Quail: The green night light inside over the doorway was far too bright. I struggled to pile up the bedclothes to block it out of sight during the night.

The view from the room was really great, the terrace was also very good with comfortable furniture and lot of it.

The room was tired could do with a decor refresh, the bathroom was not very clean, and the balcony was very poor. not worth nearly £300 pounds a night. Not a lot of choice at breakfast, no fresh fruit on two of the three days, ok if you want processed food.
