Gorgeous view, from the room window, of the bay, beautiful and to be experienced to appreciate it. Fiona, the host, was truly welcoming and really nice. The house is very good and the whole place is spotlessly clean and well kept. It had been freshened up and re painted relatively recently, so it felt really pleasant to be in. The facilities also were really good, to make me feel definitely comfortable and at ease.

Relaxed and discreet service which was just as we wanted for a 60th birthday. Great location and great breakfasts with regular buses, makes this an ideal location.

My room was 230 superior room, unfortunately I had no sleep, very hot weather, the air conditioner fan faced directly in line of a beautiful mirrored chandelier, so sadly made sounds of a wind chime all night , very frustrating and annoying, I did complain to the receptionist, but no outcome ….I literally had an hours sleep…so didn’t feel refreshed at all

The bed was too short. Still strange that you must pick up the key at a pizzeria. Stairs not clean through two pigions!

Even though we could leave our bags there prior to check in after 24 hour flight staff did not seen interested in making any effort to ring us to let us know if room was ready before official check in time No tea bags or long life milk to get started Had to ask for extra toilet paper Lack of any interest in their customers at all
