The house is in a lovely quiet area that feels safe; it is also very quick and easy to get to Central London and many other places of interest. The house itself is clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities. The host, Yusuf, is generally around and is very approachable. It feels as though the owners really make an efort to keep the house nice and have really thought about what you need.

There were a few minor things that didn't work as they should, but nothing more than you would get in any house e.g. one of our windows didn't open. One day the door of the shower cubicle wouldn't close, but this was fixed very quickly.

The location is great, it's a 2 minute walk to the Tube. The staff was really kind, they did everything they could to make my stay comfortable! The bed was comfy and the shared bathrooms were always clean. The kitchen is not particularly big but the hostel has such a nice vibe you won't mind sharing the space at all :) 10/10

Friendly staff, nice rooms, lots of history and ghostly going ons. Food and drink very good and good portions. Has its own museum, gift shop and shop. Definitely will stay again next time we go to Cornwall.

Private parking was good (for those driving electric vehicles, they have plugs there) and the PUB at the reception has good food. The room was spacious for two people with 03 suitcases in total.

There is no reception or front desk. There is a hallway with the PUB on one side and the stairway on the other. The hotel was a bit chaotic and the general feeling is that the place has not be cleaned properly for some time. The lock on the door was "soft" and we could not actually lock it. We placed our suitcases in front of the door just in case. Also, the spoon they provide you in the room, to make a coffee or tea, was sticky, giving us the feeling that our room most probably haven't had the sheets changed either. If they don't check a spoon, can you imagine the towels, the bedsheets or the blanket?

Gorgeous place absolutely spotless. Bed was very comfy. Food and service was exceptional. Staff were so helpful and went out of their way throughout the stay. Would definitely book again.

The room was dated and dark, and the bathroom was mouldy. We didn't use the shower as it wasn't clean. Bed was so uncomfortable and soft that I couldn't walk the following day. The noise from the other rooms was horrific.
